Jon thought this was pretty funny... while I was slaving away over Red Velvet Truffles that I was making for him, he came into the kitchen and proclaimed that he had caught me red-handed! I have to admit it was pretty cute so we took a moment for what turned out to be a pretty scary looking picture. This is me below. I had been rolling red velvet cake balls to later coat in vanilla bark. This was my first time to try this recipe and Jon seemed to like them. I however think I will play around with the recipe and try some variations next time. See below the picture for a link to the recipe...

I remember red velvet cake and cream cheese icing and carrot cake and cream cheese icing and....ooooh that would be a good variation.
Looks yummy!! Think Travis would eat them?!? LOL! Loved your comment by the way; I really did laugh out loud! Miss you guys. We've been studying 1&2 Samuel in SS and at the beginning 1 Samuel there is a gum wrapper from some gum you gave me years ago that I just can't take out of my Bible b/c it makes me pray for you each time I see it.
They're not truffles, they are "Love Nuggets" because you made them with love!
